- AstroCulture is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Orders
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Dissatisfaction based on personal belief or perceived spiritual outcome
Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Technical or Payment Issues
- In case of duplicate or failed payments, the excess amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Customers are advised to verify bank debit status before attempting multiple payments.
- Refunds for duplicate payments are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway or shipping charges, if any.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
7. Order Cancellation by AstroCulture
AstroCulture reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Operational or logistical constraints
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

All products sold on AstroCulture are spiritual and belief-based in nature.
We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of these products, and refunds will not be entertained on such grounds.
